I've been contemplating of improving myself & swift for a new change. Without any doubt, i google for new jobs. Yeah, i know it is nothing to shout about but as for me, it's a good start. It's time for me to get a change.
Oh well, i've been joining the current employer for nearly 3 years for now. I am very much enjoyed as a front liner, you get the one way ticket to meet plenty (differences in characters, cultures of people). Ahaa, correct me if i am wrong. Not to forget all those nasty moments i got into. Well, lets just be positive cause isnt this is part of the priceless experiences.
I sent out a couple of resumes without any doubt. Surprisingly, i got an email and phone calls the next day(minus the very smarty pants me was out for lunch and never bothered to tag my cell along). Damned, i said once i saw the emails & few unknown numbers.
Read through the email and instantly revert back accordingly! I was understood that the Director of Guest Services of Sheraton Maldives Full Moon & Spa would like to do a telephone interview with me when i'm available. Isn't this is a good opportunity?
I got few miscalled in the evening and i felt damned again cause didn't manage to pick up (it was all those unknown numbers). See, i missed out for the second times!
Cring cring, yes this time! It rings again! I answered and mandarin spoken lady speaks to me and told me she is calling from Sheraton Maldives. Asking whether i'm off the duty and is it convenience to do the telephone interview with them. It takes approximately 30 minutes for the phone interview. My heart like pounding on a high machine gear but intended to sound as calm as i could to not spoil things up.
Here i am now, still waiting if i am chosen for this job. Whatever the result is, i'd hope for the best and if its not my luck then i shall try again next time.
