Hello bloggers! Knew that i've been neglected my blog for a quite some time. Well, partly because of the working hours and the best part is i'd probably hit the day by the time i usually will spend with some other things. lol. Thank you very much.
Urgh, basically everything were good for me so far. Nothing much i shall complain more. Life was great. Well, im starting to enjoy my job. Very interesting ones and challenging i find in some way. It has improves me in certain way, i'd treasured it definitely and thanks for what i've been given for. I shouldnt have ask for more. Everything is on the track and im almost getting myself there. Yes, almost, just theres still some part which me myself still catching up with and hope i'd cope up with it very soon.
Well, nothing much happen today. Ouh no, wait! I remembered, theres one i almost forgot to rant about. It was some shit moment i gone through this morning when checking in a guest. A friggin less-tolerant, selfish, snob and definitely a fuck face guest who apparently have the major attitude problem with his insecurities self. I'd bet you could imagine how awful he can be by the definition i has given before. Yes, shit moment i was in one. Like usual, i was checking in the guest. Then, this one gentleman walk towards my counter and gave me his reservation letter. I double check with his name and check with the system. Yeap, gotcha! I took his registration card and prepare to check him in then. Has asked him if he could possibly give me his IC to take down his details yet he refused to give me by answering me arrogantly saying : "Huh? I've have had stayed here so many times and you guys still ask me for my ID and he gives me the face which is showing his dissatisfaction to me. Sighed. What could i do, just have to ignore it since he doesnt want to give out. Okay, skipped this. Then, since it was still early there were not much inspected room we've got. I tried to tell him that if it possible if we can call him back right after we have a vacant room for him. Then, he showed me the fuck face of him and replied me: "What? If so where i'm gonna go and your service is terrible and blablabla" Okay, im totally pissed off now you bugger! I wish i could kick your arse out the hotel entrance. Still, tried to look cool myself and asked for help from the colleagues. Luckily theres one room vacant at the moment, without doubt i assigned it to him and get his credit card number and do the authorization thingy. He got his room now and walk away. Well, i thought everything is already an end after that. Not after long, he came to the counter and asked about his breakfast voucher. He was wondering why he has so much of them since he thought he'll just be staying for one night. He bombastically shot me with his word, his dissatisfaction. Saying that what a lousy service i gave and so forth. Luckily there's my supervisor around and manage to be backing me up. Thanks god. He takes over the situation and has apologized to the guest and make sure that we will cancelled with the credit card company regarding of the authorization i had made earlier with blocking his huge amount of money since he will only be staying for one night with us but not the date which has shown in the system. Okay, my mistake by not confirmed with him earlier so this wont be happen. Anyhow, its good for myself also to learn from mistake i suppose? Nothings is perfect right. Mistake makes one wiser and smarter. hehe. Right?
Lesson learned for the day. Enough said. To the arrogant guest, every dog has its day. Probably today is my day and tomorrow might be yours. Be nice to others, it doesnt harm you in any way though.
